Okay! I feel EXCITED for finally having things sorted out!

I'll go ahead and answer the questions. =)

1. Some friends of mine were really into Homestuck, and after spending a week with them at summer camp I was sick and tired of having no clue what they were talking about. So I just sat down and blew through all five and a half acts in, like, two weeks. It wasn't until I got to Dave's part that I REALLY got into it though. ^_^ The cool kid won me over. <3

2. Erm. I go back and forth depending on the update. For example, right now, I'm having really passionate feels about the Draconian Dignitary. <3 Serious stuff is about to go down in the most suave and stylish way possible.

3. I am a huge PC gamer, especially RPGs and Real-time strategy games. I grew up with stuff like Starcraft, Neverwinter Nights, and City of Heroes, and recently I've been addicted to Tower Defense games and basically anything Bioware makes. (Although, let's just pretend Mass Effect 3 never happened.)

I got into homestuck on my own because another webcomic i used to read mentioned it. I had to power through on my own (4 days during finals because im really dumb), and then later found out one of my friends read it.

Favorite character oh my god... Uhh my favorites are Vriska, dave, rose, dirk, roxy, karkat, terezi, aradia kanaya way too many in no particular order holy crap

Jeez, I spend a lot of time on tumblr nowadays. but i like to draw, and i used to write a lot (i havent had a lot of time this year though). I play bassoon and piano. i listen to a lot of music and a lot of different kinds, i love indie and instrumental. I like pokemon and zelda games too

1. I was visiting friends in NYC and we were trying to find some common cosplay ground, so they pointed me gently (or not so much) in the direction of Homestuck. It stuck pretty fast, but I lost the drive somewhere in Act 5, which may just be exam preparation at the moment.

2. Karkat and Rose, the first because I have a soft spot for angry, broken characters who find appreciation neither with others or with themselves. The second because she's tough and determined and I always love me a strong female character. Dave and Kanaya are close behind, though.

3. I cosplay a lot, love to sew, make things and photography. I love my camera and hope to upgrade soon to full format. I've taken up drawing again, but that's definitely work in progress and nowhere near any level remotely resembling proficiency. It's good fun, though. ;)

1. I was already on tumblr where Homestuck is like zubats in a dark cave, so one day I decided to find out what all the fuss was about and read it in a week or so. Yeah, my social life disappeared for those two weeks.
2. Augh, don't make me do this. Ones I really like in no particular order: Jane, Roxy, Kanaya, Dirk, Rose, Sollux, PM, Terezi and Meenah. This is pretty subject to fluctuation, though.
3. Someone else has already mentioned tumblr which I'm on pretty frequently. Other than that my main hobby is writing. I also have a varying interest in a few computer games!

1) I got into homestuck because when I had first started planning on going to a con with some friends last year (Otakuthon in Montreal), I had seen them talking about their homestuck cosplays they were planning, and I was curious. I had seen it around tumblr before, but didn't really know what it was, so I found the site, and started reading. (Although I was kind of neutral about it at first. I wasn't sure I wanted a new fandom, and I didn't know what to think of the first act.)

2) I like them all. But my favourites I guess are Terezi, Kanaya, Vriska, Dirk, Roxy, Jake, Jane, John, Dave, Eridan, Feferi, and Sollux. There's no real order to that.

3) Other than tumblr, since that's obvious...I like working on cosplays, and especially recently since I'm going to a con, It's taking up most of my time. I also really like to read, and I draw from time to time.
I also play my DS or some PC games from time to time.
There's probably more, but this is already a bit long, so I'll stop.

Ch1nelle - Eee, another piano player! :) And yeah, tumblr is kind of a time sink. My mother's had to come in and gently (or not so gently) remind me that I really should be studying for my finals instead of reblogging sexy pictures of Dave Strider. Sigh.
And oh yes high fives for Zelda. -highfives- What's your favorite game in the series? Ocarina of Time will always be my baby. <3

Lucille_smiles - I have a fond admiration for Rose and the fact she has tried to fight fate. I definitely wonder how far the others would have gotten without her, although if you think about it, everyone is pivotal to the others survival to a certain extent.
Also, I saw your cosplays, and they are fantastic! I adored your Holy Roman Empire - did you make all of your costumes, or did someone else?

Aigroe - You have my love and affection for using the simile "like zubats in a dark cave". Oh man that's awesome.
Oh man, I keep forgetting PM. I have no clue how I could, but she was the only reason I didn't skip a good majority of the carapaces, because I liked WV and AR but PM was just so amazing and awesome and aaaah feelings. <3
What computer games do you play? :D I could talk video games all freaking day.

Rougeofcatnip - The first act put me off for a long time. Actually, admittedly, I stumbled across the website a year before I actually read it, and after reading ten pages I called it quits. Now, though, there's a certain level of anticipation rereading those earlier acts. (Still no less tedious than before - I started rereading a good two months ago, and I'm only just to the part where that stupid crow has Dave's copy of sburb.)
Also, what do you like to read? <3 Books is right up there with video games under "Things I could go on about forever."

Welp, not like I'm getting out of this...
1. I was at a music summer camp when I heard this girl talking about it. She was totally fangirling and, being a fangirl myself, I walked over and started talking. We became really great friends, and she wouln't stop badgering me to read, so eventually, I did. I didn't REALLY get into it until coolkid and 'Rezi came along,, though.
2. Heh... well, I kinda have a flushed crush on Karkat, but Sollux is smart, nerdy, and FRICKIN' PSIONIC! OMFG HE'S AWESOME.
3. What's this "not-homestuck" you speak of!?
